In Schoology, you are able to share links and embed code into your course page. Often, code embedding is used to embed a video, allowing students to view the video without having to navigate away to a different page. To embed into Schoology, please follow these instructions:
1. Click the Add Materials drop-down menu and select Add File/Link/External Tool.
2. To embed a video:
- Click Link
- In the box that says url/link, paste your embed code or paste your link
- Enter a title for your link
3. Additionally, from Options, you can:
- Click the blue bullseye to align the file or link to learning objectives.
- Click the green dot to publish the file or link to your students.
- Click clipboard to copy the file or link to a different course. Edit the new version of the file without altering the original.
4. Click Add to complete.
