Finding Courses as an Administrator in Schoology

With an Administrator Account in Schoology, you have access to all of your teacher’s courses at your school. This guide reviews how to search those courses.

As a Schoology Admin, you have access to all of your teacher’s courses at your school. To access them, you will need to make sure you are signed into your admin account. Once you are, you can use these steps to find a course:

From the Schoology Homepage, click on Courses: 

Then click on My Courses on the right side of the screen:

Click Course Listing and then use the filter options located on the right side of the screen to view course listings and content: 

 

Once you have filtered your search, select a class from the list, and click on the name to go to the class page.
