How to Connect a Printer to your Staff Laptop
BE AWARE
District copiers are installed and set as the default printing option automatically. They are listed as "Print to Copiers on SRV-COPRT". Simply choose this option and swipe your badge or manually log into any copier in the district and release the print job by using the "Print Release" function.
BE AWARE
Bypassing the "Print Release" function and printing directly to any copier should not be done as this may (and has) lead to sensitive information/documents being compromised/taken by anyone currently around the copier.
