Versatrans Arrival Board – Once you have successfully logged into the Arrival Board, you will be presented with the main screen. This screen will display all the busses assigned to your particular school LOCATION. If you have access to multiple locations, the LOCATION field will be blank and you can select each location separately to view the information.
Please note: If there has been a last minute change to the bus assignment or route, or we have delays, early dismissal or cancellation, and the system is not updated by the Transportation Department, the individual bus information may not be accurate. In addition, if it is not a scheduled school day, there will be no ACTUAL information to view.
For each LOCATION, you will have the option of viewing the scheduled ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE or ACTUAL times for each bus.
The vehicle number, route name, and time are displayed. In the example below, we are depicting a 2-hour delay.
Data is color coded to show if the bus is tracking on time for arrival, behind, or late using the colors (green, yellow, and red) accordingly.
Current Bus Location and Statistics – Click on the vehicle number to view details about that bus. Details include last postion and time, latitude and longitude, direction and speed, and the street nearest the bus at the time the data is captured.
Actual Statistics – To see the actual statistics of a vehicle, click the checkbox next to ACTUAL. This will show the scheduled time of the bus and it’s actual arrival or depart time. The results are then color coded to show if they were on time vs late to meet their schedule time.
