How to Use IT HUB on a Student Laptop

The IT HUB is installed on your student laptop and is accessible via the IT Hub icon located on your Windows desktop.

Double-click the IT HUB icon to open the program.

Click the menu (house) icon at the top-left of the IT Hub window to expand the navigation options.

Use the following information for a description of the available areas:

• DEVICE INFO—Access your computer’s technical information, including device info, asset info, and operating system.

• Company Portal—Launches the Company Portal program that is installed on your student laptop. Company Portal allows you to download various school programs offered by the district. IT Hub will minimize and Company Portal will open.

• WEBLINKS—Access Office 365 and My SPS student links.

• HELPDESK DOCUMENTATION—has been removed. Please use the Knowledge Base section of Team Dynamix for guides.

• HELPDESK SUPPORT—This page is currently empty!
