This article explains how to bring a student into your school once Student Assignment Services has processed a school change or new enrollment.
Run Find Assigned Stored Search
On the Start Page, click on 'Stored Searches'
On the Stored Searches page locate 'Find Assign' and click on 'Run Search'
Click on 'Current Student selection' number to select the students who are currently awaiting transfer into your school
ReEnroll Student into your school
- Select the student you wish to bring in
-Click onto School Enrollment on Left Navigation
-Click onto 'Re-Enroll in School'
Required information:
-Enter 'Date of Re-Enrollment'
-Choose an Entry Code from dropdown list
-Add an 'Entry Comment'
-Add FTE
-Confirm DOE012-Enrollment Status -- Should be 01-Enrolled
-Click 'Submit'
*Note: If the date of re-enrollment is in the future, the student will not appear as enrolled in your school until the re-enrollment date.
