What is Online Pre-registration?
Online Pre-registration allows parents to complete their child’s school registration online.
Does Online Pre-registration support my native language?
Currently, Springfield Public Schools only offer English and Spanish.
Can I start pre-registration before moving in state?
Yes, you can complete online pre-registration with your new address. However, you will need proof of residency.
Who can complete Online Pre-registration?
Only a parent, foster parent, guardian or DCF.
I don’t have an email account, can I still complete Online Pre-registration?
We recommend everyone create an email address via the steps provided. This can be used for contacting parents if there are any issues with your application or your appointment needs to be rescheduled. We suggest that you obtain a free email account through

How do I change my password?
Click on the ‘Forgot password?’ link on the login screen. Enter your email address and click ‘Continue’. Follow the steps in the automatic email to reset your password.
I completed pre-registration, what happens next?
A member of our registration will review your form and contact you with any questions or to confirm your child is enrolled.
I received an error, now what?

Can I register more than one child?
Yes, after completing one pre-registration you will be given the option to complete pre-registration for another child. You will also be asked if you would like to copy over some of the information to reduce the amount of questions you must answer.
Do I need a separate account for each child?
No, you can register all your children with one account.
Can I access Online Pre-registration on my mobile device?
Yes, our Online Pre-registration is entirely mobile compatible.
