Completing Handout Assignments in Unified Classroom

Step 1: Identify and receive the Handout Assignment 

The student will see the created assignment in three locations on their dashboard (based on the day assigned). Those locations being the Calendar Widget, Notification Bell and in Upcoming Assignments. The student will have access to the Assignment Details page from both the Notification Bell and under Upcoming Assignments. 

Step 2: Create your Handout document 

Student simply need to select the Office 365 document located under the Details tab to create their version of the handout document to complete. A green notification will appear stating Handout Attachment Created informing the student that their copy has been made. Please see below. 

Step 3: Students submit work 

Students work is automatically saved in Unified Classroom once the Handout Assignment is opened and edited. Students can submit or return to their work at any time by selecting My Files on the assignment details page, shown below.
