Creating a new BIC ticket

All BIC issues must be reported through Team Dynamix so they can be properly tracked and managed. 

TO ACCESS THE APPLICATION

1. Open My SPS and go to the Application page
2. Scroll down to “Other Resources” and select Food Service.
3. The Service Catalog will display. 

There are 2 ways to get to the BIC Service to open a ticket
Method 1:

1.  Enter “BIC” in the Search bar
2. Select BIC

Method 2:

1. Click on the Food Service Meals category.
2. Under Services, select BIC

Once you have the BIC service open:

1. Click on OPEN TICKET
2. Sign in using your full SPS Email address (username@springfieldpublicschools.com) and network password.
3. Fill in all the information (fields with a red asterisk (*) are required).  NOTE: Urgent issues will be addressed immediately.
4. Select the appropriate issue from the drop down list.
5. Enter any additional information in the Comments/Feedback section.
6. Click REQUEST to submit the ticket
