Summer School Phase 2 Coordinator Tasks 

Phase two tasks occur after all students are registered for their summer programs. These include adding teachers to summer sections, add/drop students as necessary, and making any changes needed to summer sections. Please find below instructions on how to complete these tasks:  

Update Lead Teacher/Co-Teacher Section assignments 

  1. _Summer School (900) 

  1. School under Setup 

  1. Sections 

  1. Find your course number 

  1. Click into your section – add teachers using instructions

Add/drop students 

  1. Click the enrollment number in the section 

  1. Select Student 

  1. Drop from this class – instructions below

Attendance: Lead and co-teachers can take summer attendance in PowerTeacher.  

Summer attendance may not be taken in Schoology.
