How to Log into another Domain from your Windows 10 Device

 

The Windows 10 Log In Screen...

 

BE AWARE
You need to be connected to Ethernet or WIFI at the Windows 10 login screen to be able to switch domains. This will cache the profile! 

 

Windows 10 Log In Screen: Confirm Your Network Connection 

You can confirm your network connection via the icons at the bottom-right of the Windows 10 log in screen.

 

Windows 10 Log In Screen: User Name / Other User

Within the User name field, enter in the domain name first followed by your user name in the following format:

cos.lan\username

Enter your password to continue logging in. 

If your name is displayed and the user name field is missing, click the Switch User button in the bottom-left of the window. Doing so will open up the Other user option.

Then proceed with the directions from above.  

 

How to Access the IT Hub within Windows 10

The IT HUB is automatically installed on your SPS staff computer and is accessible via the IT HUB icon located on your Windows desktop.

Double-click the IT HUB icon to launch the program.
