How to Enable Call Forwarding On your Cisco Phone

 

Log into the Cisco Self Care Portal

Log into the Cisco Self Care Portal using your SPS credentials.

 

Enable Call Forwarding

Click Call Forwarding from the menu on the left.

Your extensions should be listed; check the box next to Forward all calls to:

Next, click the drop down field and click Add a new number.

Enter the forwarding phone number beginning with “8” then click save

 

Disabling Call Forwarding

To undo the call forwarding, log back into the Cisco Self Care Portal and un-check the Forward all calls to.
