Editing Historical Course Grades for a Student
School administration have the ability to make edits to a students previously stored grades. This should be done if a studnet successfully completes a course, or has recieved an incorrect grade from a teacher.

Locate the Student
Go to Start Page, type student ID or last name in the search box to find the student

Editing a Historical Grade

  • Navigate to the Historical Course Grade page:
    • On the left navigation menu, find "Historical Course Grades" under "Academic Records"
    • Use the top search bar and search for "Historical Course Grades"
  • Click onto the Grade from the term and course you wish to edit


- From here you can make changes to the Hist. grade level, Store Code, and Grade. Make the necessary changes (Note in our example, the grade was changed from a D- to a C+. The GPA points, and percentage updated according to the high school gradescale)


- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and review the Pending Changes Section to ensure all changes are accurate. Once reviewed, click onto Authorize Changes


- Click Submit
- Review the Historical Grades Page to further verify your change
