This guide will show SPS Vendors how to connect to the SPS VPN.
Step 1: Go to https://spsvendor.springfieldpublicschools.com (off the SPS network)
Step 2: Select Download Windows 64 bit Global Protect agent.
Step 3: Launch the GlobalProtect64.msi (likely in your Downloads folder).
Step 4: The GlobalProtect Setup Wizard will open. Select Next to continue.
Step 5: Select Next at the Select Installation Folder screen.
Step 6: Select Next at the Confirm Installation screen.
GlobalProtect will begin installing.
Step 7: Once the Installation Complete screen appears, select the Close button to complete the installation.
The GlobalProtect app appear displaying Welcome to GlobalProtect.
Step 8: In the blank field, enter spsvendor.springfieldpublicschools.com then select Connect.
Step 9: Enter the credentials and select Next.
Step 10: Enter the password and select Sign in.
Once signed in, GlobalProtect should be connected.
NOTE: You can check the status of GlobalProtect by selecting the up arrow on the taskbar to see the hidden icons.
