School Counselor Extra Days Form

Step 1. From the MySPS home page select Applications​​​​​​​

Step 2. Scroll down to the Business and Human Resources section and select Forms

Step 3. Click on Form next to School Counselor Extra Days

Step 4. Click on New 

Step 5. Populate the form and submit when ready.
