Summer School Report Cards

STEP 1:  Log into SPS Data Warehouse (MySPS > Applications > SPS Data Warehouse)

Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge are the recommended browsers

STEP 2:  Open Summer School Folder and then Summer School Report Card

STEP 4:  Select the appropriate prompt values that correspond to your summer program.  Complete Mandatory settings outlined below. 

  • If you wish to print a single student report card, both the Mandatory and Optional settings must be completed.

STEP 5:  Click "Finish" to start Report Card Print Process     FinishButton

Note:This Report will be generated in PDF format and sorted by student name

Print Instructions for Larger Programs (100+ students):  These reports may take 30 - 60 min to complete!

  • OPTION 1 Run the reports in the background.  Choose the prompts as indicated above and click Finish.  Click the 'Select delivery method' link and choose 'Email Report'

  • OPTION 2 Run the reports by grade level.  Complete the 'Optional Selections' and include the Grade level.  These smaller sections will finish quicker.  You will need to run the report multiple times to include all students.

STEP 6:  Click on Printer Icon in the upper right corner of your screen

STEP 7:  Choose printer, set print options and click Print!  Un-check two-sided to ensure each report card is printed on a separate sheet.

  • Who can print summer school report cards?
    • The summer school coordinator is the ONLY role that can print the summer school report cards.
  • What should the summer coordinator do before printing the report cards?
    • Before printing, the summer school coordinator should communicate and confirm that every teacher has entered their final grades.
  • Does IT need to store grades before we print?
    • No, summer school grades are pulled directly from the teacher's gradebook.
  • Do I need special report card paper?
    • No the report cards have been designed to print on plain paper.
  • How long does it take to print all the report cards?
    • ​​​​​​​This process may take up to one hour depending on the size of the program. Coordinators should give themselves time for the print.
  • If a student was not given a final grade, will a report card be printed for that student?
    • ​​​​​​​No, the summer school report card only prints for students that have been given a final grade.
  • How do I get support for printing report cards?
