Within Microsoft Edge, you can clear browsing data as a troubleshooting step for applications like Savvas.
- Step 1: Open the Microsoft Edge web browser. Click the History menu option from three dots (ellipsis) menu in the top right-hand corner
- Step 2: Click the three dots (ellipsis) menu and click Clear browsing data
- Step 3: Select the options to clear
NOTE: For troubleshooting purposes, the "Cookies and other site date" and "Cached images and files" are the two necessary options
