OneDrive is Microsoft’s cloud-based storage that is built into every Windows operating system. This service allows you to save your files on Microsoft servers so you can access those files on any computer, smart phone or tablet with internet access. It is especially useful should anything catastrophic happen to the device you created the file in. If backed up to the OneDrive, you would just simply log into your OneDrive on another device to access the file.
