STEP 1: Log into SPS Data Warehouse (MySPS > Applications > SPS Data Warehouse)
Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge are the recommended browsers
STEP 2: Open the Grades and Schedules Report under the Welcome tab.
Step 3: Choose Student Schedule Audit
Step 4: For Secondary, choose the quarter. For Elementary, always choose YR
Step 5: Hover over the bar graph to reveal the number of students fully scheduled, and not fully scheduled. Click the number to reveal each student's enrollment status.
