How to Enter Opt-Out for Directory Information in PowerSchool

When families submit the Directory Information Sharing Opt-Opt form linked below, this information should entered in PowerSchool. 

Opt-Out Form for Families

The Opt-Out Provisions for Directory information can be entered on the "Other Info" page for each student in PowerSchool. Once you have your student selection, Click "Student Profile" > "Other Info" under Student Details.

Switch the "Directory Information Opt Out (FERPA) to YES.
Click Submit.

You can then pull your school's list of students who have opted out by using the "Directory Information Opt Out" Stored Search from the Start page.
