How to Create a Broadcast (Not a scheduled attendance message): A broadcast is a general school message that guardians will receive. A broadcast can be set up as a phone call, email or text message. This does not apply to automated attendance calls. To set up automated daily attendance calls, enter a ticket HERE.
Log in to School Messenger HERE
*If you need access to School Messenger, please enter a Power school help desk ticket with principal approval.

Click New Broadcast.

Use the Saved Recipients List (if previously exported from PowerSchool).

Choose Custom Rules:
Click Continue.

Add message formats (Phone, Email, SMS, Post):
- Download the Spanish audio file

Add a comma between English and Spanish audio clips with no spaces. The audio clip will play in order from left to right. In the example below, the English recording will play first, then the Spanish.

Click Send now or schedule to send.
