1. Use the Windows Search Bar to type and search “Printers and Scanners”. Open the result.
2. Click on “Print to Copiers on srv-papercut01.springfieldpublicschools.com"
3. Click on the “Remove” button.
4. Use the Windows Search Bar to type “Command Prompt” (without quotation marks). Right click this result and select “run as administrator”, then click “yes” on the User Access Control prompt that appears. A black command prompt window will then appear. In the window, type “gpupdate /force” and press enter. The program will run for a few moments.
5. Once done, restart your device. Note, this is not the same as simply shutting down. Please click the Windows icon at the bottom left of the screen, the power icon, then restart.
