Please ask the students to restart their computer and log in with their own user id. Many students are using generic logins to avoid being seen by Dyknow. If the student restarts their computer and they do not appear in Dyknow, check their laptop to make sure the logo is there.

If the students are missing the Dyknow logo, submit a ticket to the help desk to have them install Dyknow onto the computer. If the students have the logo, then follow these steps:

1. On the student's laptop, open "File Explorer." Find the C:/ folder, and follow this path: C:\Program Files\DyKnow\Cloud\dyknowlogsender
2. Run the LogSender program and select the appropriate Start and End Date
3. Fill out the "Additional information" with as much detail as possible
4. Click the "Send" button and wait for the log files to be transferred to DyKnow
