How do I search for a Service or Knowledge Base Article?

1. Start by navigating to the home page and then select one of the two highlighted search areas shown below. Enter what you require help with, for example "DyKnow login" or "Gradebook".

2. When entering a search it will return results for both "Services" and "Knowledge Base" articles.

3. To limit the list of results click on the globe indicated below and select Knowledge Base (Guides) or Service Catalog (Enter a ticket) based on your requirements.

4. Alternatively, you may chose to view all services by selecting our Services A-Z
