INTRODUCTION
Dyknow login is for Teachers, Tech Coaches, and Admins only. There is no website or application for students to login to.
This document is a resource for Dyknow Teachers, Tech Coaches, and Administrators to understand how to:
Log into Dyknow for the First Time
1. Navigate to https://www.dyknow.me/springfieldpublicschools/Account/Login
2. If you used Dyknow last year just enter your information by selecting Sign in With Dyknow ID, if you have never logged into Dyknow continue to step 3.
3. Select Forgot Password
4. Enter your school email address into the Email Address field.
5. Click the Recover Password button.
Note: A Password Reset email will be sent to your school email inbox.
6. Click the hyperlink in the Password Reset email.
7. Enter your new password into the Password and Confirm Password fields.
8. Click the Reset Password button to log into Dyknow.
