- For a teacher looking for Schoology support this would be accessed through the category "Software/ Applications", followed by the category "PowerSchool and Schoology" and the service "PowerTeacher/Schoology teacher support".

- To submit a ticket, open the desired service and select "Submit a Ticket".
- Complete the form with as much information as possible and select "Request"
