How do I submit a ticket?

  1. Start by selecting "Services & Services" from the home page or "Services" from the main toolbar.

  1. Browse by category or use "Search" to find a service

  1. For a teacher looking for Schoology support this would be accessed through the category "Software/ Applications", followed by the category "PowerSchool and Schoology" and the service "PowerTeacher/Schoology teacher support".

  1. To submit a ticket, open the desired service and select "Submit a Ticket".

  2. Complete the form with as much information as possible and select "Request"
