Within the Who are you? dialog window, enter in your SPS employee email address within the User ID field followed by the provided capta-style characters into the secondary field.
Click the Next button to continue.

Next, select which method you would like to use to verify your account: alternate email address, text, or call.
Enter in the received verification code to continue.
Within the choose a new password dialog window, enter in your new password.
Next, click the Finish button to complete the password reset.
Your password has now been reset.
It may take up to 30 minutes for your password change to sync between our on-premise environment and Office 365 environment. Please reboot your laptop after 30 minutes and you should be able to log into all of our your Microsoft applications again.
