Kindergarten: How to Submit Final Grades in PowerTeacher Pro

Submitting Final Grades at the Elementary level can by following the below steps. 

  1. Select the course you would like to complete Final Grades for:
  2. Select Grading from the Navigation Menu.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
  3. Select the gear and select Show Filter.  Verify the correct quarter is selected in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.                                     

  4. To search for the standards, you wish to grade type in E. Grade Level. Course Initials and the standards you need to grade will appear.                                                                                      For example: E.5.SC is Grade 5 Science                              

    • Subject Codes:

      • Science: SC
      • Reading: RD
      • Art: AR
      • ESOL: ES
      • Instructional Technology: IT
      • Foreign Language: FL
      • Writing: WR
      • Work Habits: WH
      • Social Studies: SS
      • Native Language: NL
      • Homeroom: HR
      • Math: MA
  5. Note: For Elementary Final Grades search for (E.Grade Level.Course Initials) the standards for final grades will appear in your grade book.

    Note: To find the standards for Elementary Links Courses that are listed as ALL in PowerSchool you would use the code (E.6.Course Initials). This will allow you to complete the final grades in the gradebook. 

  6. Enter the grade for each standard using the grading calculator.                                                                              

  7. Select Final Grades Status after entering values for all students and standards.                                                                                                                    

  8. Check the box located to the right of Final Grades are Complete and click Save
