Knowledge Base / Live Chat:
School Messenger also provides an excellent knowledge base and support option. First you must login to your school website and you will then see a screen similar to below. Once logged in click on the question mark shown and you will see the window shown in the next image.
Here you can search for key words or phrases to see helpful guides or you can click on Live Chat located in the bottom right corner to initiate a chat with a technical support agent who will be able to assist you.
