Locate the Homeroom
Go to the Start Page, type home_room into the search box to find the homeroom you want to print
- Ex. Home_Room = 01 (enter room number after =)
- This search will make the students within the homeroom search your current selection
Select Print a Student Report from the Function Key
Alternatively you can find the same page on the left hand navigation panel of PowerSchool in People > Student > Student Reports > Print a Student Report
Choose the report appropriate for the marking period, click Submit
- Elementary Report Card (MP1)
- Elementary Report Card (MP2)
- Elementary Report Card (MP3)
- Elementary Report Card (MP4)
- Kindergarten Report Card (MP2) [2020]
- Kindergarten Report Card (MP4) [2020]
Note: The report may take several minutes to complete depending on number of students in the class and volume of users.
Click view when report is completed
It is recommended to scroll through and view the individual reports to ensure the appropriate data that is expected is shown.
To Print, select the printer icon from the top right corner of the screen, click Print
