Secondary Report Card Print Process
This article explains the process to print Secondary Report Cards through the SPS Data Warehouse.
On the MYSPS Applications page: Login to the SPS Data Warehouse
Navigate to: Welcome Tab > Your school folder >Select the "SPS Report Card" folder
> SPS Report Card
Set the Parameters to Print the Report Cards
Select School Year
Select Grading Period
Select School - the school has been pre-populated based on the school that you are assigned to
Select Grade Level - in order to select all grades, click "Select All"
If your school consists of grade levels for Middle School and High School, this process would need to be executed for each school level.
Click "Finish" in the left hand corner of the screen to start the Report Card Print Process
The report will generate in PDF format
Open the file that was just created
Print the Report Cards
