The following article details the steps to perform a PowerSchool search for the students in need of an mClass compliance letter, as well as how to print their respective letters in an organized format.
1) To begin, ensure that you have the school selected for which you'd like to perform the search.

2) Next, on the start page, find the "Stored Searches" button and click it.

3) On the resulting page, navigate through the list until you find "mCLASS - Compliance Letter". Once found, click "RUN SEARCH" not the name of the search.

Steps 4-5 are specifically intended for those who wish to order the printed reports by Homeroom and/or grade level. If you just wish to print alphabetically, continue to step 6.
4) Now that you have an existing student selection, on the start page, click the "All" dropdown next to where it says "Students" to see the list of search parameters. To filter the mClass search by grade level, select Grade Level.
PLEASE NOTE: Clicking the Numbered links under the search bar instead of this method will cancel any existing searches, meaning your mClass student selection will be cleared.

5) A new dropdown will appear with "Select" as the default value. Click that dropdown to select the grade level you'd like to search for. Then hit the search button to execute the search.

6) On the bottom right of your student selection, click the downward triangle button to open the functions menu. From the list, find the "Student Reports" section, and click "Print a Student Report"

7) On the resulting page, change the report to be printed to "mClass Letter" (Or its Spanish equivalent if printing the translated form). If you wish to sort the reports by HomeRoom, use the area shown in the blue box below to select "By Period" and specify Period 0 in the "In What Order" section of the form configuration. All other settings should be left as-is.
