How do I edit and submit a draft or review comments on a School Improvement Plan?

This article describes the necessary steps and instructions for completing an IPA Form which was previously submitted as draft or one that has comments and feedback for your review within the Forms Application.

 Submit an IPA from draft

1.       Select My Forms from the choices available

2.       Locate the form from your list of requests and select Edit

3.       Update your existing information or enter the remaining information.

4.       When ready to commit select Submit and click Save

5.       The form will now be locked but you will retain access to view and view comments added after your submission.

Review comments/feedback

1.       Select My Forms from the choices available

2.       Locate the form from your list of requests and select View

3.       Scroll to the bottom of your form where all comments will be listed with the name and date of the comment.
