How do I create a new Annual School Improvement Plan?
This article describes the necessary steps and instructions for completing an IPA Form within the Forms Application.

Creating a new Annual Improvement Plan
1. From the MySPS home page select Applications
2. Scroll to the Business section and select Forms
3. Locate IPA from the list presented and click on Form next to IPA to expand selection list
Creating a new IPA form
1. From the list of options presented select New
2. Required fields are indicated with *:
School:

Select your location from the drop-down

Month:
|
Select the month of your plan from the drop-down
|
Content:
|
Select your content area from the list provided
|
3. Coaching - Complete all fields prior to submitting
4. Professional Learning Community - Complete all fields prior to submitting
Creating Attachments
Attachments are required for both coaching and plc submissions
1. Click Choose File
2. Locate your file
3. Select a file and click Open
4. Click Attach
5. Attachments will be shown with a fake path until the form is submitted
6. Repeat steps 1 through 4 for additional attachments
7. If you are ready to submit. Select Submit and click Save
If additional time is required select Save as Draft and click Save
