All BIC issues must be reported through Team Dynamix so they can be properly tracked and managed.
TO ACCESS THE APPLICATION
- Open My SPS and go to the Application page
- Scroll down to “Other Resources” and select Food Service.
- The Service Catalog will display.
There are 2 ways to get to the BIC Service to open a ticket
Method 1:
- Enter “BIC” in the Search bar
- Select BIC
Method 2:
- Click on the Food Service Meals category.
- Under Services, select BIC
Once you have the BIC service open:
- Click on OPEN TICKET
- Sign in using your full SPS Email address (username@springfieldpublicschools.com) and network password.
- Fill in all the information (fields with a red asterisk (*) are required). NOTE: Urgent issues will be addressed immediately.
- Select the appropriate issue from the drop down list.
- Enter any additional information in the Comments/Feedback section.
- Click REQUEST to submit the ticket
