*All sections must be created in Power Scheduler before beginning this process.
Step 1: Choose students

If you know the specific group of students, use MultiSelect to easily choose them as a group

You may select whole grade levels or choose students within a grade level.

Step 2: Add Requests

Step 3: Check Requests

To check requests, click Reports under Tools in the left-hand menu.

You can choose Requests by Course, Course Request Tally, or Requests by Student

Step 4: Load Student Requests
Loading the requests will add the students to the sections. Students will not appear in the sections until you load them

*You will only be able to load a students once you have requested a full schedule for them. Once you have groups of students with the minimum number of courses requests, load often.

Click Load under Processing in the left-hand menu.
After you have performed a validation and corrected any errors, load again without validation.
