How do I view my submitted tickets?

  1. Start by selecting "Sign In" located in the top right of the corner of the screen or through the home page (If you already signed in it will display your name).

  1. Once signed in to the system select "Services" from the main toolbar. On the secondary toolbar that appears, select "Ticket Requests".

  1. On this page you will see a list of your submitted tickets, their creation dates, and the current status of each.

  1. If the ticket you are looking for does not appear on this page, search for the ticket by Name, Status, ID, Date, etc using the customized search options shown below.
