How do I attach a file (Email, Picture, Document, etc) to a ticket?

  1. Start by finding the ticket you would like to update or cancel..

  2. Select the title of the ticket you would like to add an attachment.

  1. After you have opened the ticket select "Add Attachment".

  1. Select "from your computer" or "from OneDrive for Business" depending on the location of your file.

  1. Click on "Browse"

  1. Navigate to your saved file. Once located, click on the file and click "Open".
  2.  Click "Upload". You receive a message that your file was uploaded successfully.

  1. Click the x to close the pop up.
