- Start by finding the ticket you would like to update or cancel..
- Select the title of the ticket you would like to add an attachment.

- After you have opened the ticket select "Add Attachment".

- Select "from your computer" or "from OneDrive for Business" depending on the location of your file.

- Click on "Browse"

- Navigate to your saved file. Once located, click on the file and click "Open".

Click "Upload". You receive a message that your file was uploaded successfully.

Click the x to close the pop up.
