The MCAS Helpdesk ticket system is designed as a dedicated support resource for educators/staff to ensure quick and organized assistance with the MCAS Portal, the MCAS Student Kiosk application, and other various MCAS test administration needs. Through this system, you can submit any non-urgent questions to allow our knowledgeable support team to provide timely and comprehensive responses. In addition to troubleshooting, this Helpdesk ticket can be used to schedule one-to-one or small-group training sessions to help educators/staff deepen their understanding of the MCAS processes and tools available to them. With the MCAS Helpdesk, our goal is to help empower educators/staff with guidance and resources that they will need for seamless test administration and the effective use of the MCAS platforms.
