Phishing Scam

If your account was affected by the recent email phishing scam, please continue reading on the steps to take to reset your Microsoft account password!

 

Password Reset Method: Reset Password via Office 365

Open the IT HUB and click the blue HOME ICON at the top-left of the IT HUB window.

Next, click the HELPDESK SUPPORT tab from within the pop-out menu on the left.

Within the main content area, click Password Reset; this will open a browser window [https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/]. 

Follow the instructions within the Get back into your account dialog window to change your password!

Resetting the EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE password

Open the Applications tab within MYSPS.

Click EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE and log into your account.

Click your name in the upper-right hand corner and click My Account.

Click Change Password to complete a password reset.
