At the end of the school year, you can save all of your materials from one course to your resources. This makes it easy to copy those resources to new courses at the beginning of the next school year. To do this, follow these instructions:
1. Go to the course page that has materials you would like to save to resources
2. Click on resources on the left-hand side of the page
3. Select the appropriate folder (note: if the desired material is housed in a subfolder continue opening folders until the subfolder appears)
4. Check the box next to the folder that you wish to add
5. Click the Edit drop down or the gear icon, select Add to Course
6. This box will appear:
7. You may select several courses at one time
8. Click Add
To Copy into Your Personal Resource
- Follow Steps 1-4 from above
- Click the Edit drop down or the gear icon, select Copy to
- For Collection: choose Home (home is where the materials you have housed resides)
- For Folder: if you have created folder in the past, select from the folders you have created, otherwise chose none (note: you can always move the materials into a folder later)
- Click Copy
