Below, see instructions for Saving Schoology Courses to Resources. These instructions will assist with rolling over course materials from year to year. Once saved to Resources, courses can be updated over the Summer and then imported into scheduled courses once assigned.
Step 1: Navigate to your Schoology course and click Options>Save Course to Resources:
2: Select the Collection you’d like to save the course to. Note: Collections are used to catalog content within Resources and can be created and edited by teachers. To create a Collection, click Resources>Folder Icon: 
Note: The materials in this course resource folder can be edited during the Summer via this location until your courses are created in Schoology. You can add the materials to a new course by clicking the gear icon to the right of the course link and selecting Add to Course:
