Report Card Readiness Process
This is a process by which it can be verified that the grades have been entered and verified for every student in each section on a teachers schedule.
Once the grades have been verified to the satisfaction of the school a ticket should be opened HERE with a pdf copy of the Report Card Readiness Report attached, indicating that grades are ready for import to Power School Historical Grades.
Once grades are imported by OITA, you will receive a response to your help desk ticket letting you know you are ready to print report cards: How to print secondary report cards

- Did the teacher enter a grade for every student?
- When a row displays the yellow ‘caution’ triangle, there are grades that haven’t been entered by that teacher. They can click on the teacher name and see the students with missing grades.
- The yellow ‘caution’ triangle has nothing to do with the ‘Verified’ check explained in #1, so the triangles may be found under the red, yellow, or green bars.
For details you can click on the teachers name to display the details. Shown will be the students assigned to each section on a teachers schedule.
