Accessing the Performance Report
Performance Matters allows you to download a Performance Report for any test you have access to. This report will generate for each student on that selected test. The generated report will give you a graph about the student performance on each standard aligned to items on the test. It will also provide insight into the total points earned over possible points used to derive the percentages score. Finally, it will provide a table at the end of the report that summarizes each test question and its associated standard and how the student performed. To access this report, follow the steps below:
Log in into Performance Matters (remember you can get there through the "waffle" in the upper right hand corner of the Schoology page).
From the top menu, select Reports, and then select Print Responses from the secondary menu.
Use the drop down menu to identify the test you want the data for. once you have selected it, check the Performance Report circle bubble and click the Download Report button.
Accessing the Standards Performance Feedback Report
At the end of a reporting period, the Standards Performance Feedback Report can be used to see how students performed on a group of tests when determining grades for Progress Reports. To access the report, go to Reports menu and select My Reports.
Select the Item and Standards Performance Feedback report from the Teacher Reports list and select which classes you wish to include. Then click on the Generate Report button to begin the download. When the entry changes from blue to green and shows the PDF icon, the report is ready to download.
