Schoology allows teachers to change their course layout to the Elementary Experience, which displays the course and its materials in a more simplified and visual format that is engaging and easy to use for young learners. To turn on the Elementary Experience, please follow these steps:

Choose a course

Select Course Options under the profile picture.

Select Edit Privacy / Course Settings.

Under Course View Settings, select Elementary from the Course Theme drop-down menu:

Click Save Changes to confirm.
Note:
The Elementary theme changes the view of your course for students only.
Teachers that wish to see the student view for the Elementary Experience can use the View Course As feature to preview the course as the students see it.
