Once a ticket has been submitted, a member from the SPS Helpdesk team will reach out using the phone number or email that was provided on the service request ticket.
Be aware, troubleshooting for all issues will initially be done remotely over the Internet/phone; however, there are certain issues that will require the user to come into the Technology Operations office at 233 Allen Street for service or for a technician to be dispatched on-site to a location.

If you need a new camera installed, a camera moved, or permission to install the Milestone security camera software installed on your SPS device, please contact the Safety & Security office first before opening a service request.
