Springfield Public School Devices

 

Once a ticket has been submitted, a member from the SPS Technical Operations team will reach out in the near future to the requester of the ticket using the phone number or email that was provided on the ticket. 

Troubleshooting for this issue will be done remotely over the Internet by a member of the SPS Technical Operation team. However, there are certain issues that might require the requester to come into our office at 233 Allen St. for in-person service. If it determined that in-person service is required, the member of the SPS Technical Operations team working with the requester will help them to schedule an appointment to do so.
