You can temporarily re-enroll the student back into your course to regain access to the grades and export the grade book.
To re-enroll the student in your course:
- Select Members on the left menu of the course profile.
- Click Add Members.
Note: If you don't see this option, your System Admin must complete re-enrollment.
- Click the name of the student you need to re-enroll in the course. You can also search or browse without affecting any students you've already selected.
- Click Add Members to finish.
Alternatively, you can re-enroll the student from the Inactive Members area:
- Select Members on the left menu of the course profile.
- Click Inactive.
- Locate the student and click the gear icon.
- Select Re-enroll.
