Viewing Unenrolled Students Grades

You can temporarily re-enroll the student back into your course to regain access to the grades and export the grade book.

To re-enroll the student in your course:

  1. Select Members on the left menu of the course profile.
  2. Click Add Members.

    Note: If you don't see this option, your System Admin must complete re-enrollment.

  3. Click the name of the student you need to re-enroll in the course. You can also search or browse without affecting any students you've already selected.
  4. Click Add Members to finish.

Alternatively, you can re-enroll the student from the Inactive Members area:

  1. Select Members on the left menu of the course profile.
  2. Click Inactive.
  3. Locate the student and click the gear icon.
  4. Select Re-enroll.
